1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of BringLive Meet. By creating an account, joining a room, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you use the service for an organisation, you must have authority to bind or act for that organisation.
2. Service scope
BringLive Meet provides browser-based meeting, presentation, synchronized-media and producer-control functions. Features vary by plan, browser, device, network and production configuration. Pilot labels identify capabilities that have not yet completed public-scale validation.
3. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and notify BringLive Digital if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Meetings, invitations and recordings
Hosts control invitations and meeting settings. Hosts and participants must comply with applicable privacy, employment, confidentiality, intellectual-property and recording laws or policies. Recording must not be used to bypass required notice or consent. BringLive Meet may display a recording indicator, but the host remains responsible for lawful use of recording features.
5. Paid plans
When billing is enabled, plan price, billing interval, taxes and renewal information must be shown before purchase. Payments are intended to be handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to applicable law and the terms presented at purchase. Pilot pricing assumptions are not a promise of future pricing.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use BringLive Meet to commit unlawful acts, distribute prohibited content, harass others, infringe rights, intercept communications unlawfully, attack networks or evade security controls.
7. Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You grant BringLive Digital and its configured service providers only the permissions reasonably necessary to transmit, process, store or display content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to share that content.
8. Intellectual property
BringLive Meet software, branding, documentation and product design remain the intellectual property of BringLive Digital or its licensors, except for customer content and third-party components governed by their own licences.
9. Third-party services
Production may depend on hosting, payment, email, media or infrastructure providers. Availability and processing by those services are subject to their terms and technical conditions. BringLive Digital will identify material providers in the production privacy documentation.
10. Availability and changes
No online meeting service can promise uninterrupted operation. BringLive Digital may maintain, update, suspend or change features for security, reliability, legal or product reasons. Material subscription changes should be communicated appropriately.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security incidents, non-payment, material breach, unlawful activity or risk to other users. Where practical and lawful, reasonable notice or a route to resolve the issue should be provided.
12. Liability and consumer rights
These Terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any production limitation-of-liability wording must be reviewed by South African counsel before commercial launch.
13. Governing framework
These draft Terms are intended for a South African BringLive Digital service and should be reviewed alongside the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, POPIA and other applicable law before launch.
