The website provides general information about BringLive Digital, its services, property-system concepts and enquiry channels. It is not legal, engineering, municipal, property-management, financial or emergency advice.

3. No automatic contract

Website descriptions, demonstrations, estimates and quotations do not by themselves create a final service obligation. Final scope, price, delivery, support, data responsibilities and ownership must be recorded in an authorised written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The BringLive name, official logos, website design, original text, graphics, software interfaces, workflows, reports and documents are owned by or licensed to BringLive Digital. Visitors receive only a limited right to view them for lawful evaluation.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorised access, security testing, malware or interference.
• Bulk scraping or copying substantial content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain source code, credentials or private database information.
• Impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights.

6. Availability and liability

BringLive Digital may update or remove content. No internet service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
